All parcels are shipped from the UK.

Please allow up to 3 days for dispatch. Parcels can be tracked with your tracking code sent via email, through the Royal Mail website.


UK Shipping:
Standard parcels are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48-hour service (arrival 2–4 working days from dispatch). 

Rest of the World Shipping:
All parcels are sent via a Tracked International service (arrival typically 1–2 weeks from dispatch). Buyers may occasionally be required to pay customs charges; failure to do so may result in the package being returned.

If custom charges are not paid and the parcel is returned to us, any shipping costs and or return to send fees will be deducted from your refund.

For orders that qualify for free International shipping, the original shipping costs may also be deducted from your refund due to unpaid customs or refusal of delivery.

When are new vintage items uploaded?

We share all restock updates on social media, follow us on Instagram and TikTok @emcurates 

How do you rate the condition of your items? 

All of our pieces are carefully selected and quality-checked. Most items are in good to very good vintage condition, with many showing only minimal signs of wear.

As our collection includes vintage and pre-loved items, some natural signs of age or previous wear should be expected. 

We always clearly note any significant flaws (such as stains, holes, or repairs) in the item description and aim to photograph them where possible, so you know exactly what you’re purchasing.

If you have any questions about the condition of a specific piece, we’re always happy to help before you buy.

Are the sizes accurate?

Vintage sizing can vary a lot between eras, brands, and countries, a labelled size 14 from the 1970s, for example, can fit very differently from a modern size of the same size number. 

Based on my experience working with and handling vintage clothing, I always include my recommended best fit in each description (for example, “best for a UK size 8-10”).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or additional shipping costs. Please check your country’s regulations before ordering.

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately, we currently do not accept returns.  

Order Cancellations: If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel by emailing us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Damaged / Missing Items: All items are vintage and may show signs of wear. If unsatisfied, email us as soon as possible with a detailed description and images. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
